We don't want you to just "try" the SafeTrek System. We want you to deploy it. Take it on hikes, use it in the car, and test the control.
The Protocol:
- Test It: Use the gear for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Decision: If it doesn't transform your walks or vehicle safety, you can return it.
- Condition: The item does not need to be in perfect packaging, but must be fully functional.Warning: Gear destroyed by chewing/gnawing is considered "user damage" and is not eligible for return.
- Return Shipping: To keep our prices fair, customers are responsible for return postage to our HQ.
- Equipment Failure? If your item arrives defective, report it to Command within 48 hours for an immediate, zero-cost replacement.
